Due to the intimate nature of our products, SexToy.com can only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase to ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards for all customers. Defective items are covered under our comprehensive replacement warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your item is still in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact, or confirm if the product is malfunctioning for a defect claim.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Mail your package back to our fulfillment center; once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement.
